Elite Express Transportation is a for-profit non-emergency medical transportation company proudly serving the local and long-distance transportation needs throughout Norfolk and Suffolk Counties and prescheduled appointments beyond.
Founded by an experienced case manager and nurse of more than 9 years, Wigguy Saint-Vil, inspiration for creating Elite Express came from firsthand experience in witnessing the growing needs of Boston-area seniors and hospital patients. In witnessing delays and less than professional service to transport seniors and those with mobility issues, Wigguy became inspired to create a more reliable, timely, and readily available assisted transportation solution.
Recognizing the senior population of Massachusetts is continuing to grow in size and demand as well as hospitals and medical centers in need of timely transportation solutions, it wasn’t difficult to determine the opportunity and sustainability in launching this unique and much needed services.
Unlike other services operating as a curb-to-curb service, Elite Express is committed to safely escorting patients and residents from their residence or facility to a clean, comfortable, and modern wheelchair accessible vehicle. On arrival at their appointment, trained staff will escort clients to check-in.
In leveraging years of professional training in hospital settings serving as a nurse and case manager, Wigguy and all of Elite Express continue to build strong relationships with area staff, patients, and families. Rather than focusing exclusively on volume and profits, Elite Express is keenly focused on providing exceptional and timely customer service with the compassion you and your loved ones deserve.

We are continuously striving to implement effective strategies for enhanced training, integrated technologies, and managerial support and communication. Because we provide local and long-distance transportation, effective planning and communication between dispatch and key facilities is paramount.
We continuously work on enhancing our scheduling and traffic management in an effort to reduce travel and wait times while increasing efficiency. We work to adapt and implement policies and procedures to support our mission, to analyze and advise on transportation issues, evaluate scheduling conflicts, negotiate and correspond with carriers, vendors, and strategic partners.
Dispatchers will receive extensive instruction on using our technological integration systems designed to support our growing scheduling and logistical demands. Dispatchers are responsible for the following:
- Customer intake
- Preparation of daily schedules and trip manifests
- Effective driver management and scheduling
- Trip management and oversight
- Coordination with facility personnel
